Event Details
- All Volunteers arrive by 5:00 pm (Moose Lodge does understand many bingo volunteers work until 5pm)
- The evening usually ends around 9:45 pm
- Volunteers are expected to be in attendance for the full shift.
Volunteer Duties
Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age and are expected to handle cash. Full duties listed in the attachment.
Please Note:
- Volunteers may not play bingo or purchase tickets during their shift.
- All Volunteers must remove aprons before using the washroom or going outside for a break
Fundraising Benefit
Each shift worked will receive credit toward their fundraising. See club email for specific dollar value.
Commitment & Accountability
Signing up is a firm commitment. If you cannot attend, you must notify the organizers ASAP so a replacement can be arranged if possible.
- If you do not show up for a scheduled shift without notice, you will be held financially responsible for the dollar value that would have been credited toward your fundraising.
- Repeated missed shifts or unreliability may result in being ineligible for future bingos.
